This privacy policy explains how Recoil Training (“we”, “our”, “the app”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our mobile application.

We collect the following data:

• Contact Information: Full name, father’s name, surname, phone number, personal ID number (for exam registration)
• Account Data: Phone number (used as login identifier), authentication token
• Usage Data: Test results, training progress, quiz scores, streak statistics
• Order Data: Name, phone number, delivery address (when placing orders for tactical equipment)
• Booking Data: Name, phone number, preferred date/time, location preference
• Document Data: ID document number, optional document photo/PDF upload (for exam registration verification)
• Referral Data: Referral codes used during registration
• Device Data: Push notification token (via OneSignal), device platform (iOS/Android)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for:

• Creating and managing your account
• Providing firearm safety training and exam preparation services
• Processing orders for tactical equipment (clothing, camping gear, tools only — no firearms or ammunition are sold through the app)
• Processing shooting range bookings and reservations
• Processing exam registration requests
• Sending push notifications about training schedules, booking confirmations, approval status, and promotional events
• Tracking your training progress and quiz performance
• Managing membership plans and referral rewards
• Improving the app and user experience

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in:

• Our Server: recoilshooting.com (WordPress) — account data, registrations, orders, bookings
• Your Device: Test statistics, authentication token (encrypted via iOS Keychain), app preferences
• OneSignal: Push notification token for delivering notifications (see OneSignal Privacy Policy)

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except:

• OneSignal: For delivering push notifications (device token and user identifier only)
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or court order

We do NOT use your data for tracking or advertising purposes. We do NOT share data with data brokers or advertising networks.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

• All communication uses HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption)
• Authentication tokens are stored securely via iOS Keychain
• No passwords are stored — authentication is phone-number based
• Server-side data is protected by WordPress security measures

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the app’s Profile section
• Correct your information by contacting our staff
• Delete your account and all associated data (Profile → Delete Account). This permanently removes your account, registrations, orders, bookings, and all personal data from our servers
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your device settings
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

7. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. The app is rated 17+ on the App Store due to firearm safety training content.

8. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• OneSignal — Push notification delivery. Privacy Policy

9. In-App Purchases

The app offers tactical equipment (clothing, camping gear, tools) for purchase with Cash on Delivery payment. No firearms, ammunition, or gun parts are sold through the app. All products are physical goods shipped to the customer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
